Please Ensure You Have Received Confirmation That All Your Orders Are In Your Hold Box Before Submitting This Request.

This Item Is Used To Submit A Notification To Our Staff That You Would Like Your Items Shipped. When You "Order" This Item, Your Hold Box Will Be Collected And Packaged, And You Will Be Invoiced The Appropriate Shipping Charge For The Size Of The Package At That Time. (Orders Received After Your Request Will Not Be Included)

To Help Us Process These Requests In A Timely Manner, The Ship My Hold Box Item Cannot Be Placed On An Order With Anything Else.
